Using the 2024 ICM Essential Competencies and EU Directive 2013/55/EU as its structural backbone, this course prepares you for a “borderless” career. By the end, you will have more than a certificate: you will leave with your own Continuous Professional Development Plan (CPDP) that guides your first 12–24 months of practice.
