Work Package Overview

FeedbackAid leads the design and delivery of the Train-the-Trainer Mentorship Programme, which helps teachers, clinical supervisors, and workplace mentors learn how to give constructive feedback and support to students and newly qualified midwives. The training combines short online lessons, interactive workshops, and practical tools that mentors can use immediately in their daily work.

By using real examples from clinical settings, the programme focuses on how to have productive conversations about performance, learning goals, and well-being. FeedbackAid also works with partner universities to integrate these mentorship skills into digital platforms like Medbook and Scorion, so feedback becomes a regular, visible part of learning rather than a one-off event.

The overall goal is to create a stronger, more supportive learning culture—one where mentors feel confident guiding others, and new midwives feel empowered to keep learning as they transition into the workplace.
