Strengthening Impact and Monitoring in Our Erasmus+ Project

As part of our Erasmus+ KA2 project, several members of our project team took part in a dedicated Impact+ and monitoring day. The morning workshop gave us valuable time and structure to jointly reflect on the intended impact of our project. Working together as a team helped us sharpen our project narrative, align expectations, and better connect our activities to concrete and sustainable outcomes.

In the afternoon, the focus shifted to project monitoring, checks, and supporting documents. The session clarified how controls are organised and what kind of evidence is expected throughout the project lifecycle and at final reporting stage. The practical approach helped us think proactively about documentation and internal follow‑up.

Overall, this day strengthened both our strategic thinking and our practical project management, and provided useful insights to support the successful implementation of our project.
